The Acutronic Company AG today announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Baltimore, Maryland-based The Perfect Parts Company, which includes Sullivan UV, the market leader in alternators, starter-generators, and electronic control hardware for the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle market. Regulatory approvals necessary to close the transaction have been received.
