The National Law Journal Recognizes David Bowker as a Litigation Trailblazer

Recognition

The National Law Journal has named David Bowker, chair of WilmerHale’s International Litigation Group, to its list of 2018 Litigation Trailblazers. Those recognized were chosen based on their significant career accomplishments and innovations in the fight for justice. The winners are “legal professionals who have made significant marks on the practice, policy and technological advancements in their sector,” The National Law Journal said.

Bowker’s Trailblazer profile highlighted some of his recent successes, including obtaining the release of Washington Post correspondent Jason Rezaian and successfully arguing before the US Supreme Court in a First Amendment case representing non-profit organizations fighting HIV overseas. The National Law Journal also noted that Bowker is currently representing a US company that had its business seized by the government of Venezuela.
