WilmerHale Counsels Vail Resorts in Acquisition of Four Mountain Resorts in Two Transactions

Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN), a leading global mountain resort operator, announced on June 4, 2018 that it has entered into an agreement to purchase Triple Peaks, LLC, the parent company of Okemo Mountain Resort in Vermont; Mount Sunapee Resort in New Hampshire; and Crested Butte Mountain Resort in Colorado. As part of a separate transaction, Vail Resorts will also purchase Stevens Pass Resort in Washington state from Ski Resort Holdings, LLC. The transactions are expected to close this summer and are subject to certain closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.

The WilmerHale team representing Vail is led by Keith Trammell on the Corporate side and Douglas Burton on the real estate aspects of the transactions.
