On May 18, 2018, Micro Focus announced its intent to divest its Atalla Hardware Security Module (HSM) and Enterprise Secure Key Manager (ESKM) product lines. Utimaco, a leading global hardware security module vendor, will acquire the Atalla product lines. The acquisition will help Utimaco accelerate its growth trajectory into the payments market and further invest in the Atalla portfolio to deliver continued innovation to customers.
