Instinet has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire State Street's BlockCross ATS, an industry leading alternative trading system (ATS). The transaction is expected to close in approximately 30-60 days, subject to satisfaction of closing conditions.

Longstanding client State Street is represented by a team led by Stephanie Evans that includes Livingston Miller, Mark Nylen, Byron Crowe, Nils Remole, Andre Owens, Jeremy Moorehouse, Michael Bevilacqua, Bill Caporizzo, Amy Null and Benjamin Kelsey.
