Benjamin Kelsey focuses his practice on complex tax matters, including taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions. His practice also includes executive compensation matters, such as equity compensation, incentive plans and golden parachute issues.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Kelsey was a law clerk at a New York law firm where he focused on immigration matters. He also worked as a summer associate at a law firm in New Jersey. While in law school, he served as editor-in-chief of the Boston College International & Comparative Law Review.

Before attending law school, Mr. Kelsey was employed in the alternative investment industry.
