On December 26, 2014, the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) "Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirement for Federal Awards" will take full effect.
Commonly known as the Supercircular, the streamlined and revised regulations will affect the administration of grants and other federal non-procurement awards to nonprofit organizations, institutions of higher education, and state, local and tribal governments.
Panelists from WilmerHale's Regulatory and Government Affairs Department and BDO review practical preparations you should undertake before December 26 to ready your organization for the Supercircular.
Panelists include WilmerHale Senior Associate Leslie Harrelson, Partner Barry Hurewitz and Special Counsel Joe Smith as well as BDO's Eric Sobota and Andrea Wilson.
