Partner Brent Gurney participated in a panel entitled "Recent Developments in Criminal and Civil Enforcement in the Pharmaceutical Industry," at this event, sponsored by The American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section, Health Law Section and The ABA Center for Continuing Legal Education in cooperation with the National Association of Medicaid Fraud Control Units and the Louisiana State Bar Association Health Law Section. The programaddressed current legal and ethical issues that arise in the health care fraud practice and encouraged discussion and communication amongst attorneys and regulators involved in the health care industry.
