This panel of risk management professionals, in-house lawyers and outside counsel shared first-hand experiences on implementing risk management programs and how to weather a corporate crisis. On the panel, Mr. Gurney explained how there are two components to a corporate crisis, the conduct that leads to the crisis and the corporation's response, as well as how the need for speed and connecting the dots throughout an organization's activities have become singularly important in the modern age.
