This program, presented by the WMACCA Chapter of the Association of Corporate Council, will explore the considerations that must be addressed when government contractors are involved in a transaction, including government contract compliance and audit risks, mandatory disclosure, organizational conflicts, contract assignment and change of control, government intellectual property rights, industrial security, export control, and industrial base considerations, among others. Attendees will receive guidance on conducting due diligence examinations and drafting agreements to help assess opportunities and risk in M&A activities.
