The WilmerHale team will co-host a workshop, “From Boilerplate to Strategy: Choosing the Right Rules and Designing Clauses That Actually Work.” The session will provide a practical look at drafting dispute resolution clauses that move beyond standard templates, with a focus on tailoring arbitration provisions to specific business needs.
