C5's London Forum on Global Anti-Corruption, Compliance & Risk Management will take place this April. A cross-border faculty of senior government officials, corporate compliance executives, and legal leaders will gather to conduct immersive case studies, provide enforcement updates, and collaborate in large and smaller-group sessions.
WilmerHale Partner Erin Sloane will participate in an interactive panel, “Confronting a Crisis and Real-World Compliance Conundrums: Bribes, Voluntary Disclosures, Whistleblowing, and Media Scrutiny,” on day one of the conference at 3:15pm. The session will put General Counsel and Heads of Compliance in a fast-moving crisis scenario as participants navigate a real-time case study. Directly following this session, Erin will also lead a small-group roundtable focused on mitigating cartel and TCO exposure in Latin America.
