PLI’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and International Anti-Corruption Developments program, led by experienced practitioners and in-house counsel, will equip attendees with practical insights into managing evolving corruption risks. Sessions will include discussions on the latest FCPA enforcement and compliance trends, lessons from recent cases, investigative strategies, ethical considerations, and the use of data and AI in compliance, and participants will gain a better understanding of building and strengthening effective anti corruption compliance programs.
WilmerHale Partners Kimberly Parker and Jay Holtmeier will be among the program’s distinguished speakers. Ms. Parker will deliver opening remarks, and will later lead a panel on anti-corruption compliance risks and enforcement in key jurisdictions outside the U.S. She’ll also join Mr. Holtmeier on a panel covering ethical issues in compliance and investigations and will close out the program leading a session on the use of data analytics and AI in investigations and compliance.
