Under the title “EU Law of Digitalization: AI Act, Data Act, General Data Protection Regulation, Current Case Law, and Practical Issues," the Centre for European Law (CEP) is organizing a one-day intensive course on Friday, 7 November 2025. The event brings together professionals from business, law, public administration, and consulting who are engaged with EU law of digitalization in various ways.
WilmerHale Partners Prof. Dr. Hans-Georg Kamann and Dr. Martin Braun will give a lecture as part of the course. Dr. Kamann will address current case law in EU data protection law, focusing on privacy, the common good, competition, and the interests of third parties, while Dr. Braun will discuss the practical implications of artificial intelligence, highlighting the current EU legal framework.
