Caher will be joined on the panel, "Performance Obligations in Energy Contracts: Challenges and Solutions," by Partner at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer James Doe and Partner at Jones Day Rob McNabb, with Barrister at 4 Pump Court Chambers Claire Packman KC acting as chair of the discussion.

The session will focus on the latest and most topical issues in construction law and dispute resolution, bringing together leaders in the field to discuss current and future developments in arbitration and dispute resolution in complex construction, infrastructure and energy projects.
