Partner Charlie Caher will be a panelist at the 2025 International Construction Arbitration Conference, the sixth edition of the annual flagship event organised by the Centre of Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, at King’s College London on October 1, 2025. Caher will be joined on the panel, "Performance Obligations in Energy Contracts: Challenges and Solutions," by Partner at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer James Doe and Partner at Jones Day Rob McNabb, with Barrister at 4 Pump Court Chambers Claire Packman KC acting as chair of the discussion.
