Early to mid-stage biotech companies are finding today’s equity and debt markets increasingly unattractive or unavailable. As a result, many are turning to alternative sources of capital. Royalty monetizations have been surging and filling that gap, offering a creative and non-dilutive way to unlock funding.

Join Partners George Shuster, Nathan Moore, David Strong, and Counsel Jana Lama for a webinar exploring what makes royalty monetizations an appealing capital-raising tool, where they may fit best in a company’s lifecycle, and key legal and tax considerations for implementation in an evolving capital structure.

*CLE credit is not available for those who watch a recording of the webinar.
