On Wednesday, May 7, WilmerHale Counsel Ali Jessani will speak on a panel titled “The Challenges and Opportunities Presented by Health-Related Advertising” from 10:10–11:10 a.m. This panel will explore the compliance challenges in health-related advertising due to privacy laws and discuss how advertising technology can help marketers achieve their goals while safeguarding consumer privacy.

On Thursday, May 8, WilmerHale Partner Kirk Nahra will speak in a session titled “Navigating Privacy in the Life Sciences Industry” from 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. This session will explore what these complexities are and how best to address these challenges – from navigating the relevance of HIPAA even where it doesn’t apply to managing state law challenges in an increasingly complicated environment and assessing global requirements in an efficient and appropriate manner.
