On Tuesday, November 19, Harvard Law School will host its Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property Law Conference. This year’s conference brings together leading members of the judiciary, the global academic community, and the private sector to address some of the most interesting and pressing issues that artificial intelligence (AI) raises, with a particular focus on its intersection with and impact on IP law.
The half-day program will focus on:
- What AI can do today and where AI is headed in the future
- The intersection of AI and intellectual property
- Global academic and judicial perspectives on the future of AI and intellectual property
- Trial and appellate judges’ unique perspectives on current trends in intellectual property litigation
WilmerHale Partner Seth Waxman will moderate the conference’s “Patent Litigation 2024: A View from the Bench” session, a panel discussion featuring distinguished members of the judiciary representing the District of Delaware, the Eastern District of Texas and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
CLE credit will be offered to conference attendees. The full agenda is available here.
