On Thursday, April 25, Partners Lillian Brown and Alan Wilson will be participating in Practising Law Institute’s (PLI) upcoming event “Corporate Governance – A Master Class 2024.”

This program is designed for experienced corporate and securities governance attorneys, officers, directors, senior company officials, and allied professionals. It will highlight the fast-moving market, legal and regulatory developments that directors, officers and their advisers face, as well as provide practical guidance on how to address them.

Lillian Brown will chair the program, while Alan Wilson will moderate the panel titled “Selected Audit Committee Priorities for 2024.”
