WilmerHale Partner Kirk Nahra, co-chair of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence Practice and Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice, is co-chair of The Virtual Forty-First National HIPAA Summit taking place February 27–March 1, 2024. Kirk will host two sessions during the conference, including “The Role of Health in the National Privacy Policy Debate” at 1 p.m. ET and “A Fireside Chat on Health Plan Privacy Issues” at 4:15 p.m. ET on Thursday, February 29. 

On Wednesday, February 28 at 11:40 a.m. ET, Kirk Nahra will join Senior Associate Ali Jessani for a discussion and Q&A on the Washington My Health My Data Act. 

Additionally, WilmerHale Special Counsel Arianna Evers and Senior Associate Ali Jessani will speak in a session titled “Update on Non-OCR Regulators of Health Data” on Thursday, February 29 at 10:50 a.m. ET.
