PLI’s Fundamentals of Privacy Law 2023 is a 1-day program that gives general practitioners, litigators, corporate counsel, and transactional attorneys a solid grounding in how privacy rules intersect with other practice areas.

WilmerHale Partner Kirk Nahra kicks off this year’s program with “Privacy Law: The Big Picture Overview.” The opening panel will present the big picture of US and international privacy. After completing this session, participants will be able to:
