WilmerHale Partner and Co-Chair of the Big Data and Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Kirk Nahra will speak during the “Emerging Compliance Challenges in Digital Health” session from 2:30–3:30 p.m. on May 11. This session will address new risks and opportunities for companies operating in the digital health space, including implications of website tracking, effects from the Good RX decision, navigating HIPAA and non-HIPAA risks and how best to prepare for an investigation.
