WilmerHale Partner and Co-Chair of the Big Data and Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice Kirk Nahra will speak during the “Emerging Compliance Challenges in Digital Health” session from 2:30–3:30 p.m. on May 11. This session will address new risks and opportunities for companies operating in the digital health space, including implications of website tracking, effects from the Good RX decision, navigating HIPAA and non-HIPAA risks and how best to prepare for an investigation.

WilmerHale Special Counsel Arianna Evers and Senior Associate Ali Jessani will speak on a panel titled “Privacy and Related Considerations for Big Data and AI” from 10:10–11:10 a.m. on May 12. This panel outlines the relevant legal framework for big data and artificial intelligence from both a US and global perspective.
