Franz Schwarz, Partner and Vice-Chair of the International Arbitration Group, will deliver a keynote at the ICC/YAAF/YAAP conference on the occasion of the 30th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. The keynote is titled, “Between Zeal and Civility: Why Ethical Advocacy Is Effective.”
Following Mr. Schwarz’s keynote, a panel will discuss effective advocacy in international arbitration and the essential question of how advocates can persuade arbitrators to rule in their favor. The discussion will cover different perspectives to advocacy from different jurisdictions.
