The US Senate voted on Wednesday, May 10, to confirm Alvaro Bedoya as the fifth Commissioner of the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”), bringing the FTC to full strength.

We invite you to join us for a 45 minute conversation on Wednesday, May 18 with WilmerHale Partners Frank Gorman, former Acting Deputy Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection; Jennifer Milici, former Chief Trial Counsel and Acting Deputy Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Competition; and Dominic Vote, former Assistant Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Competition. The discussion will be moderated by WilmerHale Partner, Perry Lange.

The webinar will address what to expect from the new FTC majority in the coming months, including Chair Lina Khan’s announced “holistic” approach to using both its consumer protection and antitrust authorities to address unlawful practices.

*CLE credit is not available for those who watch a recording of the webinar.
