Partner Thomas Mueller is a co-chair of GCR Interactive: Cartels 2022 conference, which will take place in-person on April 5.

During the conference, Partner Nana Wilberforce will moderate a panel titled "Ronald McDonald goes to jail? – Collusion in labour markets." Ms. Wilberforce will lead panelists in a discussion of buy side agreements – including particularly no-poach and other employment related issues – that have been subject to review and challenge on a civil standard, and ask panelists to consider whether there is a sensible policy in place, even in the context of internal franchise system agreements.
