ABA Antitrust Law Section Spring Meeting

ABA Antitrust Law Section Spring Meeting

Virtual
Speaking Engagement

Global practitioners and enthusiasts of competition, consumer protection and data privacy law are invited to join the global antitrust community virtually for the 69th Antitrust Spring Meeting, where competition and consumer protection meet.

Partner Heather S. Nyong’o will speak on a panel session titled "Still Breaking Through the Glass Ceiling," presented by the Diversity.Advanced Initiative of the Membership, Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the Women.Connected Committee.

The panel speakers will discuss the fact that women—particularly women of color—continue to hold fewer positions of power and to be underrepresented in traditionally male-dominated fields, including economics and the legal profession. Why does this issue persist? What can be done? And what do companies and law firms risk by failing to address it?
