WilmerHale Partner Mark Selwyn, who has led many influential cases for prominent Silicon Valley technology companies, will speak on “The Latest on SEP/FRAND: Managing IP in Standardized Technologies;” experienced Supreme Court advocate and Partner Mark Fleming will speak on the Supreme Court Decisions panel; and Partner Sonal Mehta, President-Elect of the FCBA, will moderate the Federal Circuit Perspectives panel featuring judges of the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and make closing remarks.
