WilmerHale is a sponsor of the 48th Annual Conference of the USA Branch of the International Fiscal Association. This two-day event will feature substantive sessions on international tax topics, featuring prominent speakers from private practice, industry and government. 

WilmerHale Partners Rich Andersen, Julie Hogan Rodgers and Matthew Schnall will participate as featured speakers during the conference. Mr. Schnall is a chair for the plenary session, “Unilateral Approaches to Taxation of the Digital Economy – Threshold Nexus, Cloud Classification, and Digital Service Taxes ("DST's").” Ms. Hogan Rodgers will serve as a panelist for a breakout session focused on cryptocurrency. Mr. Andersen will serve as a panelist during the session “Cross-Border Issues Related to Individuals,” which is taking place during the US-Canada joint meeting.
