Speaking Engagement
LCIA is bringing together arbitration practitioners with an interest in the Dual Perspectives of the UK and Russia. This event aims to provide an informal opportunity for practitioners to meet and share experiences, against the unique context of having backgrounds in both the UK and Russia.

The evening will begin with an interactive moderated discussion with Julia Zagonek and Steven Finizio. Led by Dr Jacomijn van Haersolte-van Hof, the panel with discuss their respective perspectives on arbitration practice and developments in and in relation to Russia, in particular from a UK perspective. The discussions will address various themes including the recent RAA Survey, changes to the Russian arbitration law and address more generally the potential impact of recent legal developments in Russia.
