LCIA's Happenstance Series: Dual Perspectives of the UK and Russia
The HappenstanceThe evening will begin with an interactive moderated discussion with Julia Zagonek and Steven Finizio. Led by Dr Jacomijn van Haersolte-van Hof, the panel with discuss their respective perspectives on arbitration practice and developments in and in relation to Russia, in particular from a UK perspective. The discussions will address various themes including the recent RAA Survey, changes to the Russian arbitration law and address more generally the potential impact of recent legal developments in Russia.
