On September 11 and 13, 2018, Partner Kenneth Zhou and Counsel Justin Goodyear spoke at the seminar “Overseas Investment Compliance: Experiences from the US, Australia and China,” an event organized by The Asian Foundation and Beijing Rongzhi Corporate Social Responsibility Institute. Mr. Zhou and Mr. Goodyear’s presentation focused on the main legal framework of US FCPA as well as FCPA’s enforcement and future trends.

The event was held in Beijing on September 11 and in Shanghai on September 13.
