At this event hosted by Yale Law School's Center for Global Legal Challenges, WilmerHale Partner David Cohen will participate in a panel discussion titled "Congress and the Making of and Withdrawal From International Agreements." The panelists will analyze the current state of affairs on international lawmaking and consider the role Congress should play in making international agreements on behalf of the nation. It will address, among other things, the Paris Climate Change Agreement and the Iran Nuclear Deal framework.
