This program will provide an instructional overview of selected topics in federal government contract formation, administration and enforcement.

WilmerHale has been accredited by the New York State and California State Continuing Legal Education Boards as a provider of continuing legal education. This program is being planned with the intention to offer CLE credit in California and non-transitional CLE credit in New York. This program, therefore, is not approved for New York newly admitted attorneys. Attorneys in England and Wales may also claim unaccredited CPD credit for attending this program. Reciprocal credit will be available for New Jersey and Connecticut attorneys. WilmerHale is not a provider of Pennsylvania CLE, but we will apply for Pennsylvania credit. WilmerHale is not an accredited provider of Illinois, Florida or Delaware CLE, but we will apply for credit if multiple participants request credit in these states. The type and amount of credit awarded will be determined solely by those state CLE Boards. Attendees requesting CLE credit must attend the entire program.
