For the 10th consecutive year the Commercial Arbitration Centre will hold its annual Congress on the 7th and 8th of July, in Lisbon. This year the main theme is "The Futures of Arbitration - The Next 10 Years " and will have, once again, several national and international speakers.
As a part of the 10th Congress of the Commercial Arbitration Centre there will be a Under 40 Session targeted to young arbitrators. WilmerHale Counsel Charlie Caher will be a featured speaker during the session and will present on "Globalization of Arbitration Procedure: One Size Fits All?"
