On Thursday, March 3, WilmerHale will host a conference on legal developments impacting the life sciences industry. This conference will focus on intellectual property issues relevant to medical device, informatics, digital health, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other life sciences companies.
The program will begin with lunch, followed by panel discussions on the following topics: trends in post-grant proceedings before the PTAB; recent US Supreme Court and Federal Circuit decisions, including a Section 101 update; and ethical considerations in life sciences litigation.
This educational event will conclude with a networking cocktail reception. CLE credit will be offered, including ethics credit.
