During this webinar, Partners Don Steinberg, Mark Selwyn and Emily Whelan address Post-Grant Review (PGR) proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, which are available for all patents with a priority date of March 16, 2013 or later. In addition to an overview of the relevant statutes and rules relating to PGR, the webinar addresses key strategic considerations for both petitioners and patent owners. The webinar focuses on the use of PGR both inside and outside the context of patent infringement litigation, and the relationship between PGR and other Patent Office proceedings, such as reissue and reexamination.
