The conference, entitled "Investment Arbitration and WTO Litigation at a Crossroads," is focused on Spanish and other European in-house counsel and practitioners, and addresses current issues at the interface of international arbitration and WTO law, including Roundtable discussions on substantive rules, remedies, and the possibility of using multiple fora to address the same set of facts.
