Celebrate the Arrivals of Tommy Beaudreau and Brendan McGuire
We recently welcomed former US Department of the Interior Deputy Secretary Tommy Beaudreau to the firm. Beaudreau joins as a partner and co-chair of of our Energy, Environment and Natural Resources Practice.
We also welcomed Brendan McGuire back to the firm. McGuire returns to the firm as a partner in our New York office after serving as chief counsel to New York City Mayor Eric Adams.

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. Announces Agreement with Royalty Pharma plc.
PTC Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: PTCT) announced an agreement with Royalty Pharma plc. to monetize PTC’s remaining interests in its Evrysdi® royalty stream for up to $1.5 billion. Under the agreement, Royalty Pharma acquired certain royalties on Evrysdi® for $1.0 billion upfront.
