Ciara Baker is a partner in the firm’s Transactional Department and chair of the Tax Practice. She advises clients ranging from emerging companies to established public companies on a broad array of executive and equity compensation matters. Her experience includes equity incentive plans and awards, employment, retention, severance and change-in-control agreements, non-employee director compensation arrangements, and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements.
Ciara brings a strategic perspective to complex compensation and tax issues, helping clients navigate evolving regulations and market practices. With a strong foundation in tax matters, she also assists clients with a wide variety of corporate transactions, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and public offerings. Ciara is recognized for her practical approach and ability to deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
