Annaleigh Curtis represents a variety of clients in a broad range of industries in complex litigation/controversy matters, with an emphasis on appellate and Supreme Court litigation and intellectual property. Dr. Curtis was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2015.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Dr. Curtis was a clinical intern in the Criminal Division Appeals Unit of the United States Attorney's Office in Boston. There, she researched and wrote memoranda and portions of appellate briefs on issues such as sentencing, entrapment and evidence suppression. Previously, she was a legal intern at the American Civil Liberties Union of Utah and a teaching assistant and graduate instructor at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Tucci, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) affirmed the dismissal of direct claims for breach of fiduciary duty by EMC shareholders challenging the merger of EMC and Dell, Inc.
