Omari French focuses his practice on damages and royalty rate analysis for antitrust and intellectual property cases. He has represented clients in matters involving patent infringement claims for standards-essential patents involving wireless technology. He joined the firm in 2012.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. French was an associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco in 2008, where he practiced antitrust and complex civil litigation, and a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2009, where he practiced antitrust law.
Prior to pursuing his legal education, Mr. French held worked with the Greenlining Institute in Berkeley, California, and Education Pioneers in Oakland, where he worked in the areas of California consumer and environmental law, and assisted with a performance review of the Oakland Unified School District, respectively.
