Brigida Benitez Recognized for Professional Achievements in National Publication

Brigida Benitez, a partner in the firm's Litigation Department, and current president of the Hispanic Bar Association of the District of Columbia, has been recognized in the October 2004 issue of the national magazine, Hispanic, for her receipt of the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund's Excellence in the Legal Profession Award. Ms. Benitez was honored for her victory in a landmark Supreme Court case, her professional achievements, leadership, and her work in civil rights.
