Join us for the third session in our webinar series addressing key environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) issues facing companies, boards, executives and investors.

During this program, WilmerHale attorneys Lillian Brown, Rosemary Reilly and Alan Wilson will focus on the practical implications for disclosure and governance practices with respect to ESG matters and will discuss current trends in ESG. The discussion will cover:

  • the current ESG disclosure landscape, with particular focus on shareholder proposal trends and current company disclosures with regard to board diversity, human capital, climate and cybersecurity;
  • the core elements of the SEC’s recently proposed climate disclosure rules and how companies can prepare for disclosure requirements that may be required under these proposed rules, if adopted; and
  • governance oversight considerations with regard to ESG matters.

During the webinar, participants will have the opportunity to contribute questions online. CLE credit will be provided.
