How are WHDS services priced?
We are a leading discovery firm not only because of our sophisticated practice and the deep experience of our WHDS attorneys and technical support staff, but also because we offer discovery services at a significantly lower price point than those provided in traditional legal reviews. Professional services provided by our attorneys and/or litigation support are billed at hourly rates or in accordance with an alternative fee arrangement negotiated with the client. Effective matter management ensures costs are monitored proactively and that the right resources are assigned to each task, including utilization of our Dayton-based WHDS discovery attorneys for review management and document review.
Pricing of technical services for use of the DISCO discovery platform is primarily driven by data volume. DISCO technology pricing is simple, predictable and competitive, with options for data processing suitable to matters of all types and sizes. Data volume pricing discounts are available for large matters. Certain specialized technical services are billed at hourly rates.
WHDS can be engaged as a complete solution or for one or more select professional services in connection with a client representation without utilizing our DISCO discovery platform.
