In 2020, we handled more than 75 public offerings and Rule 144A placements raising approximately $38 billion, for leading companies in life sciences, technology, financial services, communications and other industries. Since 2010, we have served as counsel in approximately 425 public offerings and Rule 144A placements with total proceeds in excess of $220 billion. Over the past 25 years, our IPO practice—which ranks among the top in the United States—has handled more IPOs in the eastern United States, as both issuer counsel and underwriters’ counsel, than any other law firm.
