Mark Selwyn Named a Top Intellectual Property Lawyer by Daily Journal
Mark Selwyn, a Palo Alto-based partner and co-chair of the firm’s IP Litigation Practice, has been named to the
Daily Journal’s list of Top Intellectual Property Lawyers. This list honors lawyers in California who have achieved exceptional accomplishments in the field, played a role in helping advance technological innovation, and handled work critical to the entertainment, medical and technology industries. This is Selwyn’s eleventh appearance on the list. Selwyn was recognized for his expertise in standard essential patent law and FRAND licensing, and for having successfully led closely-watched and influential patent cases involving California companies.
