Time and Cost Savers at SIAC: Emergency Arbitration, Expedited Procedure and Early Dismissal

The Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) will host its Indochina Academy 2020 on the emergency arbitration, expedited procedure and early dismissal mechanisms under the SIAC Arbitration Rules of 2016. The SIAC Indochina Academy provides practical training for arbitration practitioners and arbitrators in a virtual setting. The teaching faculty will be chaired by Gary Born, president of the SIAC Court of Arbitration, and includes other leading arbitration practitioners and arbitrators, as well as members of the SIAC Secretariat.
