I love working with startups because the founders are excited about getting their new business up and running and I am able to help them get all documentation and procedures in place to protect their venture going forward.
Representative Experience: I have assisted numerous startup companies in drafting offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and other on-boarding documents to help them ramp up and hire employees. I have also assisted startups in investigating and resolving employee-related complaints and strategizing and negotiating employee separations.
Favorite App: Vox. Not only did I always love walkie-talkies, but Vox allows me to send people quick messages without needing to type a word.
Funny Story: I once got my arm stuck in a vending machine trying to reach a stuck bottle of Coca-Cola. Need I say more?
