Zain Sadiq is a technology specialist whose practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of domestic, international and foreign patent applications. In addition to patent prosecution, Mr. Sadiq will assist lawyers in conducting scientific journal and patent searching, preparation of patentability, validity, freedom to operate, and infringement opinions, as well as analyses of issues that arise in patent litigation matters. 

Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. Sadiq was a patent engineer at a firm based in St. Louis, where he prepared and prosecuted domestic patent applications. Previously, Mr. Sadiq was a patent engineer intern with a firm in Milwaukee, where he analyzed patent applications, conducted clearance, patentability and invalidity searches. He was also a patent examiner extern with the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
