Zachary Sanders focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He has represented clients before state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. He recently re-joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Stuart J. Rabner, Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, and previously clerked for the Honorable Stanley R. Chesler of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Sanders first joined the firm as a summer associate in 2022. During law school, he served as an executive editor of the New York University Law Review and was a member of NYU Law's Federal Appellate Clinic, where he presented oral argument before the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Sanders also worked as a civil division extern in the Office of the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York and a judicial intern for the Honorable Patty Shwartz of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Before law school, he worked as a litigation paralegal for a large law firm based in New York and was a Clerk's Office intern at the US Supreme Court.
