Zachary Sanders focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He recently re-joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Stanley R. Chesler of the US District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Mr. Sanders first joined the firm as a summer associate in 2022. During law school, he was a member of NYU Law’s Federal Appellate Clinic, where he presented oral argument before the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Sanders also worked as a civil division extern in the Office of the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York and a judicial intern for the Honorable Patty Shwartz of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Before law school, he worked as a litigation paralegal for a large law firm based in New York and was a Clerk’s Office intern at the US Supreme Court.
