Zachary Kasdin focuses his practice on government and regulatory investigations and complex litigation matters, with an emphasis on anti-discrimination and higher education. He joined the firm as a summer associate in 2023.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kasdin was a judicial intern for the Honorable John G. Koeltl of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and worked as a civil division extern in the Office of the US Attorney for the Eastern District of New York. He also interned in the Office of General Counsel at New York University. Before law school, Mr. Kasdin served as special assistant to the president of Brandeis University.
